A simple Arbitration case should take less than 7 working days, most cases would be answered within a two week time frame, but we would always ask Clients to allow up to 28 days, especially in more complicated cases.
With regards to Mediation, each case can vary depending on the complexity of the negotiations and the availability of all parties.
