Single Client Applications

It is not always possible to get both parties to agree to use eCourt, but it can still be worth an individual submitting Case Notes.  An eCourt Assessment can still prove a useful bargaining tool, especially when the other side sees how an impartial adjudicator sees the situation.

Obviously the adjudication is limited to the one perspective of the single Client, and so cannot be regarded as totally impartial.  But, in many cases it can pave the way for the second party to either review their own stance, or, submit their own Case Notes to eCourt, in order to obtain a more even-handed Assessment, which often proves to be the catalyst in breaking a deadlock.
